Initiative Information

Name: Darb Rezq Initiative

Purpose: Supporting and funding micro and small projects in Syrian crisis-affected areas and host communities, and promoting sustainable employment opportunities within an independent developmental and humanitarian framework.
Scope of Work: Developmental and social work only – without any political or religious activity.

The Darb Rezq initiative operates as an independent unit in its field and administrative activities, within the legal and financial framework of the Association of Syrian Alawites in Europe (ASAE) e.V. registered in Germany.
The initiative shares with the association a vision based on developmental work, individual empowerment, transparency, inclusion and equality, without any political or religious activity or orientation.
Both entities are committed to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to governance and financial transparency standards in non-profit work.
